Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we do not offer international shipping, but we are always looking for ways to expand our reach. Stay tuned for future updates!

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 5-7 business days before being shipped.
  • Cost: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.

Please Note: We do not offer expedited or priority shipping at this time. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible.

  • High Demand Periods: During peak seasons, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience!

Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Once processed, delivery typically takes 5-7 business days.

Important: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, inclement weather, or high shipping volumes during peak seasons.

Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey.
  • Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please wait 24 hours as some carriers mark packages as delivered slightly before they arrive. If your package is still missing, contact us at info@piperloucollection.com, and we will be happy to assist you.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Alaska & Hawaii: Standard shipping is available, but delivery times may be slightly longer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at info@piperloucollection.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, if necessary, resend your order.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact us immediately at info@piperloucollection.com. We will arrange for a replacement based on product availability.

Changes to Shipping Information

  • Address Changes: If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us at info@piperloucollection.com as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed and shipped.
  • Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are not possible.
