Most orders ship within 7-14 business days, but times may vary by product, so be sure to check the item description for the most accurate estimate. We do keep some of our top sellers in stock for faster shipping! Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5-7 business days.

Can I return Clearance or Final Sale items?
No refunds or credits will be issued for clearance items, Box of Awesome, accessories (such as lids, straw packs, etc.) or donation items (products marked as supporting charitable causes), as these are final sale.
How can I get free replacement lids?
Yes, you read that correct...free lifetime replacement lids! Because we love you! 😍 This does not apply to Upgraded Slider Lids.
Standard Lids are FREE, you just have to pay shipping to have it sent to you. Honestly, if you toss a couple extra in your order to be safe as a back-up...I won't tell anybody 😉

Can I Exchange Tumblers I bought on a Deal Day?
Items purchased during promotions such as Buy 1, Get 2 – or Buy 1, Get 3 are subject to adjusted refunds. The refund amount will be determined on the number of items being returned to Piper Lou. If you wish you receive a 100% refund, you must return the entire order.
